The staff here is very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and creatively presented. The ambiance is charming and welcoming. They also allow well-behaved dogs and provide them with tasty and fresh water.

We were greeted and seated straightaway. Servers were attentive, knowledgeable and not pushy. Very helpful. We really enjoyed our meals and drinks and stayed in the bar afterwards. Will go back again and recommend to our friends and family

The experience was okay. We did not receive one of our starters and had to remind them to bring our drinks. They were out of steak by 7:55pm. I am unsure if I will return as it was quite expensive. We were warmly welcomed and the service from everyone throughout was excellent. We were so touched that they made a special fuss about our anniversary and free drinks were much appreciated. Burgers were delicious! We've been to Hitchin many times but never noticed Kite at TRH we will certainly return and highly recommend it.
