"Grundsätzlich finde ich das Kreutzer als eine Bereicherung für Regensburg, sinkt das Niveu stetig. Das Management hat den Service nicht im Griff. Wir waren zu einem Mittagessen da. Nachdem wir die Speisekarte erhalten hatten, lies sich die Bedienung 10 Minuten nicht mehr sehen. Ich müsste aufstehen und die Bedienung fragen wann ich denn bestellen dürfte. Nach der Bestellung mussten wir viel zu lange auf das Essen warten. Das muss viel schneller gehen wenn ich aus der Mittagskarte bestelle und nicht Zeit habe zum Mittagsessen mehr als 45 Minuten im Lokal zu verbringen. Der Zwiebelrostbraten war ganz durch gebraten und mehr als zäh!"

Have now been here 3 times. This is without doubt Bavaria's best restaurant "steakhouse ".The chef(Matthias) is at the coal grill himself and you have beef from Spain, Italy USA etc. Fresh fish on the grill is also possibleThis is steak gourmet. ... but Kreutzers has it! Good grief their food was good. I got the ribeye from Ireland, which was still amazing, but my boyfriend got the ribeye from Nebraska. His was better. Just narrowly beat out mine. The sides were surprisingly big, and we ordered too much. I didn't even touch my smashed potatoes. The beef carpaccio appetizer was also great!We went with another couple. It was a lovely date night.

An exzellent stylish restaurant in Regensburg, situated in a not so scenic part of the city - still, a very attractive and extremly stylish furnished restaurant having the chef personally working on the grill in the middle of the restaurant.Service stuff seems most if the time pretty challenged with nearly every situation - not very professional, sometimes not even polite (the chef's spouse is the exception!).Still, most of the evenings I spent there represented a great dinner and most of the time a great night - a recommendation for a stylish (order steak!) dinner in Regensburg.
