"Super freundliche Bedienung, immer Hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Preisleistungqualität! Portionennwaren gross.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Als einzige zu sagen wäre dass in der Fondue zu viel Pfeffer war. I was with my son and his friends to try typical Swiss food. With a fondue for 2 people we were able to eat 4. We had a hard time finishing it. Then we also ordered a rüsti and the cordon bleau. Also a potato soup with cheese because one of the girls was sick. All very rich and very Swiss . I would give it a but and that is that the fondue had too much pepper...."

"this restaurant could not be strategically placed for a magnificent panoramic view of the Swiss alps. it sits on a steep hill in the heigts above the thunsee and looks at the lake and the imposing mountain beyond, with more mountain ranges up to cloged summits behind one of the naves that lead into the berner above. the restaurant itself is built with many wooden beams and sport, an almost continuous glass front to the valley side of the curved building. so they sit on an almost improbable Swiss mountain scene by lush madows with skewbald cows, their bells around their näckens sound peaceful, steep mountain sides and shed drops on the blue water of the sea far down, dotted with the whte sails by small sailboats. you only expect heidi to froclicize with goat peter in tow. there is also a covered terrace outside for more seating, protected from possible winds with glass panes. we were there yesterday with the gymnastics club of my mannes, we were greeted with a friendly and cheerful greeting from all servier staff and immediately sat. soon afterwards the various dishes of our meal began to come, all delivered with great and attentive joy and good humor really friendly people. changes from us to the predetermined menu (laktose-free, vegetarian etc. were accepted with helpful suggestions and supportive understanding as well as delicious alternatives. we had a very tasty suppe, fresh and munchy salad, followed by a main dish that was drawn for most with mushroom sauce, noodles and fruit. I had a plate of sorted vegetables with a potato and a fried egg, all completely delicious and very well made. for the desert most of us went for one of the house specialties: huge medailles with right whipped cream and ice, but portioning that would make two full meal times for me! I can't bury how people can make it for the desert after a three-course menu. one of our friends made it safe even after he had asked for extra whipped cream, which was delivered cheerfully. I had only a bit of ice, even delicious. the coffee was also very good, with a full taste. this restaurant offers them a taste of first class Swiss cuisine with top service and at a reasonable price good, reasonabe for the Swiss, that is. I can highly recommend this place. they just do everything right there."

"Leckeres und gesundes Essen, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Die Hygiene war ausgezeichnet, genügend Abstand zwischen Tischen und Desinfektion bei jeder Eingang/Ausgang. Sehr schöner Aussicht bei gutem Wetter. Ich finde, dass das ganze Local Personal dort einen harmonishen Job gemacht hat."

"Wegen Corona war nur die terasse geöffnet. Pizza war sehr gut gemischter Salat war gut frisch gemacht und grosse Portion. Kaffee (doppelter Espresso) war für meinen Geschmack zum wässrig. Hielt hatte ich mir mehr erwartet... Ich wüde denke das war entweder keine kolben Maschine sondern ein Vollautomat oder viel zu viel Wasser im Brüh Vorgang. Bedienung war nett und freundlich Aussicht und Lage sind Spitze"

"Am Donnerstag 20. Mai 2021, der sonnigste und wärmste Nachmittag dieser Woche, gingen wir in den Seegarten. Wir bestellten einen Apero und Manuel erkundigte sich, ob wir anschliessend gegen Abend zusammen mit 8 Personen essen könnten. Die Chefin sagte, sie schliesse um 17.00 Uhr die Terrasse und für 8 Personen würde es nicht rentieren. Wir tranken Campari und zwei Flaschen St. Saphorin. Kurz vor 17.00 Uhr kam ein Hotelgast vom Seegarten und bestellte einen Apero, aber die Chefin sagte ihm, die Terrasse werde geschlossen und er könne nach 18.15 Uhr im Restaurant innen einen Apero bestellen. Der Gast verzog sich.Für uns war es UNVERSTAENDLICH, dass bei so schönem, warmen Wetter die Terrasse geräumt werden musste, da sie ja fast vollständig besetzt war. Am Personal muss es wohl nicht gelegen sein, denn der beste Kellner des Hauses hatte nämlich das Restaurant um 16.00 Uhr per Velo verlassen.Für uns ist jedenfalls klar, wenn diese unbewegliche, sture Chefin weiterhin dort kommandiert, ist für uns der Seegarten gestorben !!!"
