Popped in for a coffee and a doughnuts. Was not disappointed! Staff were really friendly too will definitely return.

Maxine Danielle is very polite and accommodating with all customers, a credit to Krispy Kreme. She is welcoming and promptly cleans up any crumbs.

The staff was very accommodating and the Nutella delight was absolutely delicious. The location is great and if you join the Friends Club, you can receive a free one!

I didn't have high expectations when I came here. A doughnut is just a doughnut, right? Wrong. The doughnuts here are amazing. And if you encounter a very cheerful lady at the counter, ask her if she enjoys hot chocolate. If she does, don't hesitate to order one! She makes the most fantastic hot chocolate in town. It's frothy all the way to the bottom of the cup, with no residue - just pure greatness!

I’ve been buying Krispy Kreme pre-pandemic, but now their stores are only taking card payments to ensure “customer efficiency”. Yet, upon walking past this branch recently, they had a Pride flag saying “Everyone is welcome here”. Doubt that includes customers who prefer, on only able, to pay by cash, regardless of sexuality. One can buy their donuts with cash via their in-store cabinets, but I feel doing so would be supporting their business (not bought from Krispy Kreme since Nov 22).

Throwing caution and diets to the winds, my wife and I went to the Krispy Kreme shop during a visit to Norwich. Yes, I agree, that they are rather expensive, but for the occassional treat they cannot be bettered in my mind. I found the shop staff very friendly, chatty, and were happy to offer people bewildered by the wide range of choice I admit, I was one of them advice, as well as suggesting they might try one of their personal favourites. If you have a sweet tooth, it is defintely the place to go. View menu
