"In a great location on the intersection Strandstraße/Wilhelmsstraße and opposite the Kurplatz the kitchen workshop resides. You sit on rustic tables in good weather almost outside due to open, floor depth window arches on the quirlige boarding of the above-mentioned mainroads. The offers on the map range from so-called classics, such as spaghetti Bolognese or rubbing cakes with smoked salmon to newcomers such as e.g. Currybratwurst from Welsfilets or Pulled Duck Burger. We chose overbaked Portobello (Riesenchampignon) filled with feta and thyme along with leaf sachets and Pulled Duck burger with grilled corn flask. Both dishes were presented fresh and appealing. The Portobello was very delicate with baked feta and fine thyme aroma, the leaf salads and apple mustard vanilla dressing added harmoniously to the taste ensemble. Nix to mecker. On the contrary: a great, not too powerful lunch snack on a warm late summer day. A Pulled Duck Burger is at first in need of reconciliation. The tongue and taste nerves seek a classic burger taste; instead they find delicate and aromatic duck meats and fresh burger vegetables. The supplement, the grilled corn flask, was certainly also delicate. This dish was also great! Although unfortunately toothpicks were missing for receiving the piston. We used the split wooden skewer in the burger. Still. All right!"

I had a choice between two vegan cakes: lime coconut and apple cinnamon. Instead of specifying, customers can simply ask for a vegan cake. I opted for a tasty cocoa with milk.

Great restaurant, great service. To get a place, we recommend booking. For Juist normal prices. Unfortunately, I do not understand why fish at sea must be so expensive. Too bad.

We were here for dinner, were very nice and had a great meal. All freshly prepared with a moderate waiting period. In addition, you sit very nicely in the open windows directly on the street. Will definitely come back to dinner!

We stayed there in 2013 with coffee and cake and were back in 2018 to feed warm and not regret the visit. The food was really delicious. We were really very satisfied and would definitely visit the kitchen workshop again at the next visit to Juist.

On the first night, I accidentally arrived there. There was another two table I've occupied alone. The facility is cozy modern. Tables in rough wood look, chairs in vintage look. The restaurant has 2 levels. I was at the top where a large company had found space and still 1 four table The order was quickly accepted. The beer came promptly. I had to wait for the bread to the already existing tip, it was only for demand at the main course. I had a vanilligen salad with deichlammfilet and had assumed that bread was served at the latest. It came too. The quality of all dishes (dipp, bread, salad and lamb fillet) was excellent. All in all a successful start for my stay on Juist

The local kitchen workshop Juist manages to serve very good food in a unique atmosphere that differs significantly from other restaurants. Both in the interior (worked tables and chairs, lots of wood, effective but inconspicuous lighting, kitchen utensils as decoration and tasteful Easter decoration), as well as in the dishes we have tried (Ente von der Tageskarte sehr zart, auf denpunkt, easy sehr gut), the restaurant can convince.
