"This is our fourth visit to most amazing restaurant. Small in size but huge in wonderful cuisine and atmosphere. The proprietor is a quiet gentle man with great patience with our attempts to interpret the French menu when one in English is available. But the food is unbelievable. All three courses are 34€ and include an entree, plate principal and dessert. Tonight I had a lapin (rabbit) confit with carmelized Apple with a dollop of Carmel ice cream to start, the cannette (small duck) with figs (scrumptious) and a hot chocolate brownie for dessert. My wife has sardines in a vinagarete marinade, the Guinea hen for her plate and a very light meringue for dessert. Great value and wonderful food in a quiet setting."

Disappointed to find that restaurant is closed, but not mentioned on website. Having enjoyed lovely meal last year we were looking forward to a return visit.

This small, quaint restaurant offers personal service and unique delicious food. This is modestly priced and not lavish. We found it comfortable and romantic with GREAT food.

We thoroughly enjoyed each of the 6 courses in the tasting menu. The flavour combinations were inspired. One of the best tasting menus we've had....and we've had quite a few. The servers were attentive and very pleasant. It was a great dining experience. View menu

Decided on this place based on the proximity to the Eiffel Tower for dinner, everything was delicious! You choose from a set menu priced at 34 euros one appetizer, one entree, and one dessert. Portions are very generous, can't go wrong with what you choose.

Friendly English-speaking owner Pascal servers up 3-course meals. Start with the rabbit or quail, continue on to the duck, then finish with a dessert special with multiple samples of cake. Complement your meal with a bottle of wine from Bordeaux or Côtes du Rhone.

It's a little restaurant with a seem to be nice host. Yet the portions are relatively small and the taste is nothing but average. The meal is served a bit without an eye for detail, no nice decoration. On top of that the price is as high as usual in the area (starter 12, main 22, dessert 9). It's not bad at all but nothing more than average... View menu

Waited on by a charming man working the front in this cozy space all by himself, we all three thought his attitude professional and yet very amiable. And all three of us ordered the same dish: sea bass on a bed of potato puree with cream of morel mushrooms. Scrumptious! For dessert I had chestnut ice cream with Armagnac and prunes. (No, I don’t know I ordered it, either, but it was good if too sweet for my taste.) I would go back tonight if I wasn't 5,000 miles away. Oh, and I suggest reservations -- it is small.

This was our second time here, eight years after our first, and it was every bit as good as we remembered. In fact, better, as the lone waiter seemed friendlier, perhaps because he had more time to spend with us, as less tourism has meant fewer filled seats. Every bite was delicious, my bar and my wife's quail, the side dishes and dessert. It's a great pleasure to be in the hands of a chef who takes such pride in his work. The small dining room is quite simple and the diners all seemed as delighted as we were to be there.Tip: there is no close by Metro station, so take a bus or taxi.
