Today we have gone to Little Baiona (Baiona ttipia) and have had lunch to the Bottega. Delicious. What a surprise! What a GOOD surprise. Fresh ingredients plenty of flavour and Italian. Tasty food: Pasta and sauces, pizza also and, to conclude, desserts delicious also (try il dolce dell pastore). We have left with the feeling of eating natural products. I have only taste similar food in the South of Italy. The place is as small as the welcome is warm. Good value! Go and enjoy. A place to come back for sure"

Excellent meal, very smiling and dynamic waitress, always a small word to make the meal even more enjoyable.. We had a good time. Pizzas are more than good, like desserts. An address to remember on Bayonne.

Original Basque from Bayonne where I recently resided, we discovered by chance with my Italian friend by samma the Bottega. Our flags share the same colors but your gastronomy remains unmatched. Pizzas to get you from Brescia to Catania. Grazie signora per averci accolto con il suo sorriso e la sua gentilezza. We were regaled and dismissed. A presto!!!

Extremely well priced menu du jour and al dente pasta to perfection. Very busy at lunch but enough tables so a couple or solo can be squeezed in. More than two and you better reserve. Chef pitched in serving and I had a great time chatting with he and the super hostess/serveuse. The pizza dough was being prepared and looks like a must try when I return which I undoubtedly will.

We had a wonderful meal here last night. Mario's food is sensational. On the menu was home made Mozzarella, Rigatoni, Spaghetti with prawns, Risotto…... This is the best pasta and pizza we have had in a very long time. We were made to feel very welcome, the service is personal and attentive. Marialen (hope I have spelt it correctly) ran through the whole menu and daily specials in English for us. Well done thank you! We hope this lovely husband and wife team continue to be a success and we will be visiting again in the next few days before we head back to Toulouse. If you are in the area make sure you eat here!!!
