"we were passing through to aix, visiting the city we fell on this small place of internal lives "not crowded. intrigued by the travel comments, we entered. the owner welcomed us with his Italian girlfriend. They are the ones who serve the tables! we took 1 octopus salad 1 mixed beef minced 1 beef tartare 1 ravioli with truffles (more than ravioli they were stuffed bagcottini) 3 orange ducks served with a potato pie, and accompanied by a bowl of lettuce and an orange sauce. And finally 3 meringues with lemon water, 1/2 litre of rosé wine house all for a sum of 120,00€, we were 5!I never give a high note but this time with pleasure 10/10 because in addition to the excellent prepared kitchen with care, we were greeted with delicacy and courtesy. There was no room outside and they immediately equipped a table to allow us to have dinner in the open air! couple is all the staff, best wishes for success. We highly recommend it"

Very good food in this little restaurant. Very kind, also angels speaking staff. When our son had ordered something that he didn't like, they wanted to trade this for something else. Top service! definitely don't skip this restaurant. Definitely a hit man!

a young chef in the furnace, a flawless and smiling service. and what to say of the generous and simply excellent kitchen. a cuisine full of taste and flavor. a tip: you have to book because there is little room.We recommend the ravioli to truffles. A great address to aix. Don't hesitate to turn around.

coffee tables in the street of the historic center. service efficient and very, very courteous (it is spoken Italian for more.) simple but good dishes. Good cellar. honest price. If you are in the center and you don't want to eat, but you don't want to let yourself be fooled by the many tourist sites, go ahead. only advice: I don't think pulp dishes are their specialty in appearance and smell!

We ate at La Bouchee because of TripAdvisor reviews. After eating here, we have to concur with other reviews. The service is great, the food is not only delicious, but beautifully plated. Between us, we tried the beef tartare, the ravioli and the duck and would recommend all three. The lemon tart we shared for dessert was fantastic. The servers were very patient with our muddled spoken French. If we stayed in Aix-en-Provence an additional night, the family would have voted to return there to eat.
