"we had booked in advance and being the only guests of a cold and wet Saturday noon, the restaurant still welcomed us with open arms, it really touched me. Everything was perfect, the discussions with the server of unparalleled kindness while not being invasive, knowing to stay discreet (of real professionalism), a kitchen made of fresh products (attention, especially fish and seafood, no foie gras and parndards, pass your way even the olives are excellent. The decoration is at the top (big up for the chesterfield club chairs of the entrance), it makes us travel because everything reminds us of the africa. In addition, a very nice garden with terrace that I look forward to trying in the beautiful days.Bref, a very beautiful experience that we will often renew, an address that I recommend the eyes closed."

"Cet avis concerne la restauration uniquementLorsque j'ai réservé, j'ai demandé si il serait possible de déguster des ris de veau, le chef - David RINGENBACH - qui était au bout du fil m'a répondu " peut être, je les reçois demain matin, mais si ils ne sont pas convenables je les refuse " .......... déjà un bon point ;-)Nous sommes donc arrivés vers 20h00, la salle à manger était occupée par une dizaine de convives ce qui n'est pas si mal à Mirande un soir de semaineNous avons choisi le menu Entré - Plat - DessertMenu précédé d'un amuse bouche dont il fallait deviner la composition : émulsion de patate douce chaude avec un arrière gout de noisette, .... bon début.Madame a ensuite commencé par une salade du terroir : Gésiers et magrets fumés une tranche de terrine de foie gras et les accompagnements légumineux qui vont bien. Entrée bien fournie, foie de bon gout et consistanceJ'ai pour ma part opté pour une salade de saint jacques : brochette alternant noix de saint jacques et tranches de chorizo très bon mariage !, le reste de l'assiette constitué des légumineux qui vont bien ... et une ou deux tranche de Surimi, à mon sens la seule "fausse note" du repas, peut être pour remplacer un ingrédient absent.Ensuite pour le plat de résistance les fameux ris de veau à l'ancienne, bonne quantité et bonne cuisson avec une petite sauce aux champignons ... Délicieux !! - Pomme de terre sautéesPour terminer formidable tiramisu Framboise Ananas MaisonLe tout arrosé d'un cote de Gascogne Domaine de Teston (IGP) sur les conseils - avisés - de la maitresse de maisonLe tout pour 38 euros pas personne - prix très convenable vue la qualitéHors menu nous avons dégusté des vieux Armagnacs (1985/1995) qui ont bien conclu cette soirée gastronomique mémorableService souriant et rapide, le chef n'a pas honte de sa cuisine il passe voir les convives :-)Je pense que la quasi totalité de ce que nous avons dégusté était fait maison et de provenance régionaleNous félicitons le chef DAVID RINGENBACH et reviendrons le voir sans nul doute !!Merci de ce bon repas"
