"I ordered two different pizzas, the default vegan one and a vegan version of a vegetarian pizza (vegan mozzarella instead of dairy one). Both pizzas were amazing! Instead of tomato, the pizzas had a layer of zucchini sauce that gave them, along with the cheese and vegetables, a very soft, nice flavour, while keeping the good taste of a pizza! The dough was very well cooked, providing a satisfying texture and being easy to cut and chew at the same time. The place itself is nice, with many sits, politeness and good service. Totally recommended!"

La pizza è buona, si può aggiungere una mozzarella di riso (e per la mia esperienza è la prima pizzeria che lo fa, quindi un punto a loro favore) con due euro (il prezzo si gonfia, ma pazienza), l'unica pecca è che non si era sciolta completamente ed era rimasta un po' con la consistenza gommosa, probabilmente se fosse stata tagliata più sottile e fosse stata più tempo a forno sarebbe stata perfetta, bello il locale. Abbiamo chiesto una pizza vegana (della carta) e una margherita con del formaggio vegetale (fatto con la farina di riso). L’impasto della pizza era buono però niente di speciale. Le mozzarelle di riso non avevano un sapore o una consistenza speciale e per sceglierle su una pizza si deve pagare 2€ in più. Il cameriere che ci ha servito era abbastanza scortese e non gradevole. Avrei preferito mangiare una marinara invece di chiedere un suplemento di mozzarella vegetale e pagare 10€.

this pizzeria has a vegan pizza on the menu and it is the one with a cream base. they can also replace any mozzarella for a vegan alternative for 2 euro extra fee. only makes sense with margherita, since other pizzas other have not vegan ingredients that they do not have to decide for a discount, I suppose. I didn't like the vegan pizza so much, it was pretty easy. the margherita with vegan cheese had tomato base and it was much better. there was also another vegan dish a starter I think and dessert one, but we had no chance to try.
