The restaurant offers an excellent selection of tapas, featuring high-quality ingredients and generous portions. I especially enjoyed the broccoli, cod loin, short rib, and anchovies on bread. Penrith is fortunate to have such a great spot, and I wish we had one in our town. The meal was for dinner, with a price range of £30–40 per person. I rated the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5.

The food at this restaurant was delicious. We arrived just after the 5.00pm opening time, but were informed that they were opening a bit later, around 5.30pm. It was a very cold night, so as tourists in Penrith, we had to find a nearby pub to wait in. The food was tasty and the service was friendly. Even at 6.00pm on a weekday, many tables were already booked. Overall, the service was rated 3 out of 5, the atmosphere was also a 3 out of 5, and the food was a 5 out of 5.

Service was great, place was lovely but really disappointed in the food. The ingredients were clearly good quality but there was no zing, seasoning was absent. Options on the menu read really well innovative and interesting but the cooking was a million miles away from the good quality meals we have enjoyed in Spain. The belly pork was chewy, not slow cooked and rendered, the zarzuela was acceptable. I didnt have any fried options and that might have made a difference. All the plates came out at the same time rather than in a trickle. If I had had the four tapas option midweek then I might have been happy but at full price this was a miss.
