"We have eaten here before and it was just Ok so we gave it another try and this time it was poor. I had the Lobster ravioli to start and it looked lovely but the pasta was hard and the lobster inside was almost impossible to find or taste. Then onto the main and I like my lamb pink but it was raw in the middle and the dish was salty and I left most of it. There is nothing you can do to spoil cheese thankfully but the dessert was another letdown. Baked mango but it was tasteless and dry which surprised me as it is normally such a sweet and succulent fruit- it had a crumble topping crumbled over the dish which again was dry, floury and added nothing- the best part was the passion fruit sorbet but sadly there wasn't enough of it and I was hungry. The experience was expensive and we have decided to vote with our feet and never go again."

chic and distinguished place. a appetizing card from the entrances to the desserts. Small-care staff.

Food simply excellent - really enjoyed the sushi. No complaints at all - especially if you like seafood.

Excellent meat. On the other hand, the reception and the service were deplorable for such an establishment.

We were delighted to discover new versions of menu items both main courses and soups; excellent price/quality

very good restaurant where meat is excellent in a pleasant setting. the meat comes from the local farming label red.

more of an expensive restaurant for special occasions- nice on the terrace. I like to have local wine (Saint Pourcain)

in a nice setting with humorous paintings around the meat, with views of the grill, we have lunch for 70 euros to two, a beef pike, a hamburger auvergnat, a tropezian and a redesigned lemon pie, two glasses of red tin, a half evian and two coffees. well prepared and tasteful.

delicious starter of veloute but the main course chicken was inedible - the English would describe it as scrag end - and the lamb tasty but with too much fat. we complained but no adequate response forthcoming from the kitchen. good wine list but from the food point of view I really couldn't recommend this place even to my worst enemy!

I stay at hotel de Paris with customers Everytime I come to Moulin for work because the hotel itself is very nice, however I will not recommend to dine in this restaurant with important customers or even at a personal level as both the service and the food quality do not reflect the hotel standards....I would recommend to try some of the many good places in Moulins where you can enjoy proper Charolais meat and with more professional staff...no offence to staff here but young kids lacking experience and guetting stressed by 4 tables is really something that will put you uncomfortable if you are with customers...Quite disappointing as the hotel itself is really top notch
