"It is a neighborhood place, without great paraphernalia, so I expected the food to be authentic. We ordered and after almost 1 hour waiting…. Possibly the biggest, scarcest and most expensive ceviche dish I 've ever tried, little quantity, little ingredients, it lacked the typical sweet potato, a little more corn,... there was more onion than fish, although this could happen if The flavor is authentic, but the leche de tigre was basically or exclusively lemon juice, it was not spicy at all, the chili pepper was not noticeable, because it was not clear. And that the fish seemed good. The lomo saltado followed the same rule, you almost had to look for the pieces of loin among everything else. A pity, because the base is good, but it lacks the Peruvian touch that makes it much richer."

I have dined here several times with friends and everyone has been delighted. Yesterday we tried the cuchifrito, the tacos de pillo and the aji, everything was very tasty. The arroz chaufa and the noodles are also worth it. The waitress, very attentive and friendly View menu

Let's go first with the positive. the attention of the waitress. Very good. the food is very good, I asked for the ceviche. and it's very good and I've tried Peruvian food elsewhere. improve: although attention is good, the time that serves food becomes eternal. approximately 1 hour from the request. if one asks for entry, it must be brought first and not in the middle or last. Otherwise, if it is a typical restaurant in a country, they should be immersed in having products from that country. I expected to try the agricultural pisco. That's why I give him four stars. It is a “middle neighborhood”, without large paraphernales, so I expected the food to be authentic. We asked and after almost 1h waiting. possibly the largest dish of ceviche, the scarcest and the most expensive I have ever tasted, scarce of quantity, few of ingredients, lacked the typical sweet potato, a little more of choclo, had more onion than fish, but this could happen exclusively. and the fish seemed good. The jumped loin follows the same rule, almost had to look for the loin pieces between everything else. a pain, because the base is good, but it lacks the Peruvian touch that makes it much richer.

Do not expect a place with elegance and etiquette, it is quite the opposite and just what makes this restaurant a special place. Humble and welcoming, with a very good cook and a most helpful waitress, we find the best Peruvian gastronomy for many kilometers around (bettering several in the center of Madrid). Well cooked dishes, simple presentation and tremendously appetizing. Peruvian beer (the black version of that WONDERFUL CUSQUEÑA is noteworthy) that makes an Andean pairing of 10... What else to say? Highly recommended and to return infinite times. A must for those who know how to appreciate a good ceviche. The 3 milk dessert... UNBEATABLE!
