delicious from the entrance to the dessert. the bean gaspacho is fantastic in entry, very good wine choice also. service is of very good quality. Bravo to the philippe galas chief and the whole team for this pleasant moment!

a not to miss if you want to spend a lunch rich in taste and full of culinary inventions in an exceptional setting. I discovered the fish swim which will remain present for a long time but there is also a choice on the side of the meats just as excellent. do not hesitate to follow the advice of the chef for desserts and wines. the next year, we'll be able to come back.
