Por casualidad, el pasado miércoles tuve la suerte de disfrutar de éste gran lugar. Un lugar donde jugaron conmigo, si así es, jugaron con mis 5 sentidos y me hicieron viajar de placer sin moverme físicamente de allí. Por ello, agradecer a cada profesional que componen esa casa y decir que espero ansioso el volver a ir.

A wonderful place that combines tradition with new times and that is reflected both in the farm itself and in the kitchen. Dishes full of flavor, from the first to the last, will not leave you indifferent. The only drawback I could comment on is that in the middle of our menu a table of quite a few diners sat down in what seemed like a private event and that slowed down our wait quite a bit between the dishes and the quality of the service. But as I said, we were left with how good the flavor of each bite was.
