"We live next door and I thought it was a must to visit this place. As soon as we arrived, the meter (Montse scolded us (with a smile, but I'll let it drop now... for not letting us know that we were traveling with a baby stroller and changed our table to a more secluded one as if she were doing us a favor. Afterwards, he told us that of course, that we should hurry up eating because he had more tables later... that we had reserved a quarter past and we had arrived late... (he was right, we arrived at 1:33 p.m.... and the reservation was at 1:15 p.m.... . When we left, there were still tables unoccupied... I think that the treatment for a place with a good atmosphere like this has to be more elegant. I have worked a lot in front of the public and I believe that reprimanding diners is not the best way to create a loyal clientele to a place. Furthermore, respecting of course that Catalan is spoken in the establishment (it would be necessary , I think that the correct thing to do when there are diners who do not speak it is for the service to take this into account and address the table in particular in Spanish, it would be a good detail... The right food, good flavor and fair quantities. Nothing that makes you think you are in a restaurant above the basics. I edit the review because we have returned to the restaurant (because some friends made a reservation and we were in a hurry to say no... and I have to say that without Montse, the experience has changed, a lot. We thought they had dispensed with the subway, but it turns out that it is only on weekdays, so if we come back, which we probably will, we will try to make it only on weekends, because the subway that is on weekends (a very polite young boy and friendly and the service, have had nothing to do with it. I still think the quantities are fair, but the two additional experiences we had over the weekend, at least, leave us wanting to return."
