"La experiencia ha sido muy buena, maravillosa. Entrar a un lugar y darte cuenta de que es un sitio especial no ocurre a menudo. Sin embargo, cuando accedes a pizzeria Kuró, tienes esa impresión. Tal y como indica el nombre de la pizzeria, Kuró, corazón en dialecto siciliano, nada más pasar el umbral de la puerta, tienes la suerte de sentir la poesía de Sicilia, una tierra por sí misma especial, única, por la comida, el paisaje, la gente. Todo eso se refleja en la comida preparada en este restaurante, con cariño y amor, y en la atención de sus empleados y empleadas. Y, sobre todo, de Adrián, y de Francesca, la dueña que, con enorme entusiasmo, te hace sentir como en casa, te cuida y mima de una manera única. Comimos le arancine, muy muy ricas, un fiore di zucca, muy sabroso, y la pizza parmigiana que me gustó mucho por el sabor intenso a berenjena, orégano, tomate y por el color de la masa, muy bien cocida en un fantástico horno de leña. Eso es, un horno de leña que te deja boquiabierto, por su tamaño, la intensidad del fuego y el olor que deja en las pizzas, y que les da un sabor inolvidable. Gracias por todo. Esperemos volver pronto a Palencia para volver a probar todo eso, y para volver a sentir latir el corazón de Sicilia. Sin dudas algunas, ¡100% recomendado!"
