Well executed set of in-addition-to-the-menu courses, including a 3-part amuse-bouche (or is there another term now for a pre-starter that is much more than a taste? Service is highly attentive but not intrusive. All service was on the terrace with a view, where the temperature fell significantly as the appropriately long dinner service continued. I wonder if they would consider heaters as an upgrade to their service? Highly recommended."

The cuisine is sublime the choice of the great wines and especially between the reception and the quality of the service we spend a wonderful time.
