"Today we have been with quite great expectations for dinner at La Mucca. Unfortunately, I am completely disappointed by the offered service. The following has very irritated us and showed that the service was overwhelmed despite low locality utilisation: The place was not covered despite pre-booking (Kind was explicitly mentioned) and a chair was not seen at any of the covered tables.. This means that our reservation has been forgotten, even though you called again and announced a slight delay. We were not asked if we would like to drink a drink at the beginning (I would have liked to drink various wines during the next evening, but no operation came by) We had to wait 1 hour for our food and guests who arrived later got this clearly earlier. In the meantime we had to entertain our 2-year-old son on the adjacent green area. After the food came, we were told that the food for our son was forgotten (Pizza Margarita) — this was bridged with dry bread. The “enlightenment” at our little one was accordingly and at the boiling point. It was not asked how to like the meat (Rare, Medium, Well Done) The empty plates were very long before us after meals. The food was good, but was not made by the weak service. It gives the impression that the staff is too young and inexperienced in the industry. Unfortunately, both have to vote for this price level. Positive to mention is that after the complaint you received a feedback by mail, also in the same way."
