"I’m not sure where to begin. I walked in at about 8.30 pm and ordered takeout. It took a painstaking 40 minutes to prepare. They said the delay was down to two large groups seated before me, so they served the 30 people seated comfortably for the evening before me, who had ordered two mains and were sitting on a barstool. The popadom looks like they’re from a crisp packet off a supermarket shelf, the naan bread looked microwaved and has a mushy texture, and it’s the first mashed saag aloo I’ve tried to eat. There are four pieces of chicken in the Korma covered in what looks and tastes like packet sauce which was necessary because the chicken was so dry. The chicken Tikka, wow, you needed 2 pints of water to wash it down. The rice was a statement to say, “How dare you order one rice between two, so we’re going to fill the container halfway. I don’t get how others have reviewed it so highly. The food in ski resorts, Meribel in particular, is woeful and overpriced (this mess costs €80), but people just seem to accept it. Anyway, it's the only Indian food in the area, so if you can’t wait until you get home, it’s your only choice. My advice is to wait a few weeks and go elsewhere."

"Beautiful experience. The food was correct, the champagne was very good (the owner has a champagne producer) and the service was fun (the owner comes at the end to make a little magic show). Disseminated in the restaurant are optical illusions and puzzles, which we loved. I highly recommend it. (Original view) Lovely experience. "Habitué de longues dates de cet établissement, nous y allons régulièrement l'été pour notre anniversaire de mariage, et l'hiver pour mon anniversaire. Ne prenant quasiment que le menu dégustation, qui se nommait "Amoureusement" pour devenir "Fleurs" depuis 2/3 ans. Encore une fois la succession de mets fut un régal, toujours à la fois original et varié. Le service est particulièrement exemplaire, avec notamment certains cadres toujours présents.Seul bémol en cette dernière fois, le formage, amené avec le menu dégustation(170€) n'est pas compris, et il est facturé 25€ (sans prévenir...) ce qui amène le menu dégustation été à 195€. Soit bien plus élevé qu'il y a quelques années, ou seul le menu de l'hiver (Haute saison) était facturé de cet ordre . Une démarche un peu surprenante...Mais à part ce détail commercial, le moment passé est toujours d'exception, dans un établissement qui ne l'est pas moins. L'esprit famille est présent, et l'on s'y sent toujours à l'aise.Il est dans le top 3 de mes Grands Restaurant Français favoris. Et j'attend déjà de pouvoir y retourner cet hiver."

"Instant exceptional. Elegant location, with style and a very welcoming atmosphere. Staff are attentive and extremely competent. "An address to discover, and to rediscover without moderation! What an experience... Cepe is a unique address, an authentic restaurant that needs to be tested with closed eyes. The map is a beautiful invitation for a walk between lake, forest and mountain (special mention with cep tagliatelle, poultry and foie gras... The poultry was tender, the foie gras mixed with perfection, and the sauce...! This restaurant offers real quality products cooked in the rules of art and with love. We will keep this family lunch with nice memories and the desire to come back again and again. Thanks to Stéphane for his kindness and his communicative smile.
