"I've been here a few times and each time it's always on par with the last. It's a consistently great restaurant with great food. You must try the mussels here, they're delicious and the sauce is divine with extra bread! But all the food is delicious and for a french restaurant the classics are on the menu which is great to see. I'm a huge fan of spicy margs and I was surprised to see it on the menu but this one did not disappoint! The staff are all really nice. Even with an incident of a drink spillage the staff were very apologetic and accommodating. Great place and gorgeous decor at the back too. I'll defo come back."

Exceptional value my friend and I had a two course set lunch, (mine was the goat's cheese salad followed by sea bass) for £16.50 each. Great service, delicious food. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

First time visiting and really impressed by the speed of service. Our starters came out very quickly as did our main courses shortly after clearing the starters. The food was excellent as well. Can't fault this place so will be back.

We had a very nice lunch here for a special occasion. The servers were charming, the food was delicious. I was brave enough to have the snails. Particular favourites were the goats' cheese salad, the crepe with pommes and the sea bass but it was all nice. A fabulous treat.

We popped into this restaurant today and had the vegetarian breakfast- we’d been out for a big walk so needed the fuel. The breakfast arrived quickly. The staff were easy going friendly. The food was fresh and delicious -the atmosphere was relaxed. We will definitely come here again. Thank you

I had a delightful lunch featuring monkfish and king prawns accompanied by a rich lobster bisque, all paired with a nice glass of wine. It's the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch on a sunny day, with the doors fully opened to let in the sunshine, allowing you to savor the beauty of the day while dining in a lovely restaurant.

My partner and I dined at the restaurant last night and received a warm welcome. The service was outstanding, and the food was exceptional. We enjoyed a lovely selection of wines and chose the three-course menu for £35 each, which was truly delightful. It was great value for the quality offered, and I would definitely recommend it!

This is a fantastic restaurant for a meal! While the portion sizes are somewhat smaller, the flavors are delicious, and the dessert portions are substantial. The restaurant offers both outdoor and indoor seating, and the space is clean with a pleasant layout. The staff is friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable and not overly expensive.

Overall, really pleased! I had the French onion soup for my starter and my partner had the squid. Both were lovely and the additional bread was very nice. We both got the mussels for our main course. The portion was VERY generous. We definitely could’ve shared one! All in all, nice food and friendly staff. The bar man came over to check that we liked our drinks which was a nice touch. Thank you and I’m sure we will visit again soon :

Staff are polite and helpful but don’t know much about the menu. Average food and alcohol drinks. I had lamb shank which didn’t taste fresh. Surprisingly not much of French wine in the menu. Malbec tasted like a very cheap supermarket wine and the Sauternes dessert wine tasted like a sweet alcohol with no flavour. Maybe their wine storage or temperature is not right! Grilled goat cheese salad was good though. No value for money. Their branch in Upper street offers much better quantities.
