In a very nice setting, we have enjoyed it. a head of calf to fall, a cream cabbage with a lightness and beautiful entrances. Chief michel trama came to greet every guest. short a feast with young servers with little care.

we were under the charm of the place with a table in terrace. very well welcomed by mr trama, christopher and his team. The menu is a treat. We had a very good time. the top brigade and the servers did once in a while because it remains a budget, counted for menu and a bottle of rosé. not that trust with negative opinions, the best thing is to eat. We go, a little shy in one of the best cooks in the world. The welcome is warm and simple, benevolent. The room is splendid: incredible candlesticks, candelabras and table legs out of a dream. You'd believe in the beautiful and the beast of cocteau! comes the moment of the embarrassment of choice. an unknown but delicious and hop aperitif! Inputs (saumon for one and beef angus for the second) with powerful, unforgettable flavours. I'll give you the rest. I'll be back. It was a marvel. Thank you, sir.

We dropped in on the off chance, and could not believe our luck. Puymirol may be off the beaten track, but to find this culinary quality, ambiance and level of service (on a par with many starred restaurants around the world) is truly one of those super special moments. Christopher, Jordan and Julien provided us with the most fantastic dining experience a combination of stellar flavours and exceptionally friendly and professional service. Possibly the most amazing value in France.. The house wines BTW are way above what might be expected at such a reasonable price point. Well worth a detour. Perhaps for more than a meal!

Can be used to this kind of establishment I conclude that: the personal is very pleasant, the very nice atmosphere in the cloister of the restaurant. Very fast service. Gorgeous kitchen. The sommelier counts the stories of the wines as a person. Things very simple but beautifully realized, isn't this the basics of the kitchen? The one we all love and that we're getting back to some memories. For me I started with the salmon, then the ox piece and the lost brioche. My fiancer also took the beef pieces, the tomato salad and the big cabbage has the cream. All dishes were made with care and simplicity.
