"Place in the historic center with classic exposed star vaults. Attention to the smallest details. Friendly staff, courteous and available to satisfy any request. The staff pays a lot of attention to the customer. Fresh and excellent quality food. Here you can eat the classic traditional Salento dishes also revisited in a modern way. I have to say that I really enjoyed it. The appetizers are no exception. I can't comment on the second courses as I didn't take anything because between starters (pittule, meatballs, panzerottk dn potatoes, skewers of prawns, mussels, marinated anchovies, white broad bean puree with wild chicory and much more) and the first course (pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and flakes of scamorza) I was already full. Wide choice of desserts. The wine list is excellent. Congratulations to all the staff and especially to the chef. Advise I will definitely return"

"as a celiac girl is the best restaurant I've ever had. surprised by the goodness and quality of the first dinner, we returned with my fiancé and were again very satisfied. both the first and the second time we happened to assist complaints of customers regarding the waiting times of the courses, which in my opinion are not so dilated. I honestly do not know how these people are used and if they prefer to have pre-packaged dishes that come after a minute from the order, but sincerely the waiting time is what is located in any other restaurant and above all it is necessary to receive a dish of goodness and, I would like to emphasize, quality out of the ordinary. in any case, despite the unpleasant situations and reviews the owners are very kind and helpful people. as soon as there will be occasion I will definitely return!"

"Lunch break ruined by dishes, presented badly, cold and above all oil greases. We sent back,3 dishes because the tuna smelled, a very low quality, we made it present, and no one came to apologize or ask if we wanted anything else. In one of the hair dishes present, in fact the boys behind the counter only men wore the hat (remember that it is mandatory also for women). Too bad because the potential is there, only a few extra shortcomings remain. If they asked me,something maybe I would have written this review,I hope it's a reason for them,to understand that you don't have to take all you can eat discounted,because around there is an all you can eat,da fear. And you're less."

"Delicious! I enjoyed: seafood salad, mixed (cold) veg, salmon carpaccio which was quite salty and maybe over marinaded but great none-the-less, lemon sorbet and white wine. They also do frittura di mare which looked great too. To finish I had a coffee flavoured with Baileys. Spot on! Costly but worth it . They also have a 'lunch for €9.90 ' offer but I didn 't see that until too late and there was no suggestion what might be included in that."
