This restaurant, very careful, and located in the center of ametlla consists of two plants and a menu of local cuisine in which the products of the sea stand out, especially the red tuna (one of the jewels of the area), but also many other fish.

We've been at the Restaurant La Serra for lunch. My husband had a menu based on seafood and he was happy with it. When I asked for a vegetarian option, I was offered a delicious salad and cheese plate. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed and the prices are fair. View menu

Excelente servicio y producto. Probamos el menú que ofrecen incluso en domingo por 22€, de primero combinado de pescadito y calamares y de segundo elegimos el arroz marinero, sabroso y con el arroz en su punto. De carta el tartar de atún rojo está de vicio, uno de los mejores que hemos comido nunca. Y qué decir de les espardenyes, expectacular. Tienen postres caseros y buena carta de vinos locales por copas o botella. Nos ha encantado. Volveremos.

Hemos hecho cena de tapas todas EXCELENTES, calamares a la romana ufff buenísimos, en su punto, fritos pero sin estar enchumbados de aceite, ortiguillas, pulpitos, gambitas, cigalas súper buenas y lo mejor el tataki y tartar de atún, del mejor atún que he probado. Muy buena atención, he de decir que que fuimos un grupo, primera vez para mi marido y yo pero el resto son asiduos y amigos de la casa. En temporada alta se debe reservar con bastante precisión porque siempre estaba tope. Sin duda repetiremos.

We chose La Serra because it had a little variety on the menu (seemed like most of the restaurants served only fish or seafood). It is a smallish place in l'ametlla de mar; we were seated at a lovely table made from an old olive oil press. The service was good and we enjoyed the food (entrees ordered included duck confit, angus beef, fish, octopus); had a wonderful cheese plate for an appetizer that was so large we could not finish. We ordered a cava sparkling to start, then had an outstanding priorat. Very reasonable prices (although everything seemed reasonable in Spain) for both food and drink.
