"I will not recommend the Manager store in charge of that outlet. I order for carrot cake which is at the next counter and I ask her if she can serve it to me as I do not have much time. She asked me to wait at the McCafee counter and that she will send someone there. I waited for around 10 minutes with no help from her and the staff. I went to the counter to show my face and she acts like she did not see me at all. I ended up asking one of her staff (which seems a student) who get the carrot cake for me at the McAfee counter. Please train her how to handle a proper customer service. She is not FIT to work in your outlet. She is a disgrace to McDonald. I forgot to take her picture but next time I will do so."

He ido hoy a probar el nuevo helado de McFlurry mad cool y estaba muy bueno. Solo que había muchísima gente por la promoción del monopoly. El servicio ha sido muy amable y atento. Volveré, ya que está muy céntrico y es una zona por la que paso mucho.

When you visit a McD's anywhere during your vacation, all you expect is a quick meal with above average burger and friendly staff. The staff at this branch while not rude, they are not friendly as well. This is also my rare Mickey D experience when I didn't eat even half burger. It was dry and bland to the core. I was happy to see McShaker fries being still served in Spain but I was shocked when I was served cold stale fries. Overall, not a good branch. Try something else around. Only visit when you are out of options.
