During our stays in the Hrault we usually book a table for two at I'Accent du Soleil'. It is always a delight to enjoy a refined gastronomic cuisine with adapted wines. The service is very swift even if several tables are occupied and as a foreigner you always get the necessary explanation if you dont understand the French names of the ingredients. Chef Philippe Combet orchestrated a true symphony of flavors at the restaurant 'L 'Accent du Soleil '. The scrambled egg casserole with truffles awakened our taste buds, followed by the rack of veal cooked in a casserole dish, a perfect harmony of textures and of tastes. Hats off to such refined and gourmet cuisine. A huge thank you also to the chef 's wife, who provided impeccable service. Her attention to detail, kindness and professionalism greatly contributed to making our experience exceptional. A service as perfect as the chef 's cuisine. We will return with great pleasure to once again savor this perfect combination of culinary delights and warm hospitality.

Nous avons déjeuné à L’Accent du Soleil à l’occasion de mon anniversaire, et ce fut une belle expérience. Les assaisonnements et les cuissons étaient parfaitement maîtrisés, avec des plats bien réalisés et savoureux. Tout était bon, avec une vraie attention portée aux saveurs. Le service était agréable, même si parfois un peu lent, mais on comprend bien les contraintes : peu de couverts, une seule personne en salle et le chef seul en cuisine. Cela n’a pas altéré l’expérience et a même ajouté une touche conviviale et humaine à notre repas. Un endroit charmant, parfait pour un moment simple et gourmand. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
