Ce charmant restaurant est d’un raffinement rare. De l’entrée au café TOUT est parfait. Un délice dans l’assiette très jolie). Le service est efficace et charmant. N’hésitez pas.

A very nice discovery. Intimate atmosphere and neat decor. We had a view into the kitchen to see the chef preparing the dishes. We had the 4-course discovery menu in the evening. It's Surprising, delicious, beautiful and well dosed in quantity. I recommend for a romantic moment, or a meal with friends in a small group. Consistently good every time though the menu changes regularly. The service is always friendly and efficient. Reservations a must. The absolute best crispy sweetbreads in the region always served with different sauces and accompaniments, today artichokes were lovely with it. The crispy pork appetiser as well as the asparagus were delightful. Only opened from Tuesday to Friday. Outdoor terrace is also available. Reservations strongly recommended..

I Longly hesitated between 3 and 4 but the overall experience was average for us. Only a menu for diner. With a good starter (veal tartare , an average dish (a tuna, a fish that could be sublimed in many ways, but that was not the case here… and the dessert which was ok. The terrace could be nice but it is on a small square we’re people play pétanque and are quite noisy and you have to share their music and not so interesting conversations… wine were good, cocktails were average.

Que dire, on a sélectionné l'Aillet pour être référencé Michelin et aux autres avis positifs. On est un peu sur la réserve. C'est un bistrot. Donc on est dérouté par tant d'éloges surtout si on devait comparer avec d'autres établissements classés dans la même catégorie (bistrot Michelin). On y a bien mangé, c'est fait maison, on un visuel sur les cuisines ouvertures, le service est sympathique, mais il manque de gourmandise, tant en quantité qu'en choix des plats proposés à la carte.

Meal after meal, whether for lunch or dinner, L'Aillet is truly my favorite restaurant in the area: incredibly elegant bistro cuisine made with fresh produce and lots of passion, a menu that changes all the time and also seasonal bonuses like this truffle sweetbread vol au vent in the photo! To top it all off, they have a very nice and extensive wine list with a selection like you won't find anywhere else. Attentive service, it feels like home, I love it, thank you! from personal to menu everything was perfect. the daily menu included the pork breast with a delicious honey and fresh scavenging dressing as well as a lot of thin cut radishes. the main dish consisted of perfectly grilled black cable with fried zucchini flowers, PaK-Choi and kartoffeln. the homemade tartaric acid sauce was a great accompaniment. dessert was chocolate mousse. for my part I had a beautiful jerusalian artichoke-velouté with dice ice, water-creide oil and leaves and homemade crumbs. great. the menu is short and some dishes change every day. good selection of weeping and the cheese of the day was perfect Saint-Nectaire with pear-comonote and grenoble nuts. they prefer to make a...

From the staff to the menu, everything was perfect. The daily menu included pig's breast with a delicious honey and fresh mustard seed dressing as well as a variety of thinly sliced radishes. The main dish consisted of perfectly grilled black cod with fried zucchini flower, PaK-Choi and mashed potatoes. The home made mustardy tartar sauce was a great accompaniment. Dessert was chocolate mousse. For my part, I had a lovely Jerusalem artichoke velouté with coddled egg, watercress oil and leaves and homemade croutons. Fabulous.
