The Sauerbraten, on the other hand, was unfortunately a catastophe. The meat was tough (probably incorrectly cut) and the sauce had nothing to do with sour roasts. Too bad for the price.

The only good thing was the operation. Very friendly and attentive. For food for my salad plate I paid almost 12€ and on it was ready Krautsalat, Tomate, Gurke, Hirtenkäse and Eisbergsalat.
