"We discovered this place through friends a fabulous discovery!!! To start we ate mixed home-made appetizers... traditional Viareggio dishes and, to tell the truth, very good and with cutting-edge techniques. Then while waiting for the first courses, the owner Riccardo wanted us to taste the caught Mediterranean amberjack tartare, the freshness was truly of the highest level. First we tasted taglioni all'clams, a great classic of local cuisine and then a small taste of maltagliati with octopus ragù. To finish the mixed fried food.
