"We had chosen to eat here because the mainly fish menu looked good, and Italian. But, on arrival, first impressions were not good: only one other diner, then a gushing patron who more or less rushed inside. As we were admiring the smart decor and thick, linen tablecloth and napkins, he then arrived with extra glasses, a bottle of white wine and a plate of 'amuse-bouches'. We thought we were being hustled into lots of unasked-for extras on the bill. (We later regretted these unfair thoughts). NB when it got busier le patron was less gushing; his waitress more than made up for him anyway.I chose seafood linguine from the 2-course €19 blackboard menu ; my wife, pavé de saumon from the carte. The seafood appeared "en papillote": and when I opened the envelope there was an immediate fragrance of saffron. Then, on tasting, I noted that the salty flavour often found in the sauce of this dish (with mussels, palourds, prawns, octopus, etc) was reduced by cream. The linguine was perfect (al dente). The whole was excellent. My wife's salmon was, again, superbly cooked: crisply grilled skin and succulent meat. The house red went well with both dishes. For sweet I had a simple fresh fruit salad - mainly peaches and nectarines, in a subtle liquor. Sadly, my wife's crème brulée was not properly set. And that was the only blot on an otherwise superb meal."

Ce restaurant est situé dans le quartier tour maubourg , où il y a de nombreux restaurant italien. Ce restaurant est bon rapport qualité prix , où l'on peut manger entre amis et en amoureux . Les plats sont copieux.

We ate at this restaurant last year, and it was our favourite. Unfortunately it is no longer at the rue de Grenelle locatio. The web site is still active, so a real disappointment to us. Should be taken off Trip advisor.

We had an excellent meal. My husband had pasta with shrimp and clams, tasty with not too much oil or butter. I had a delicious ossobucco in a tasty sauce with the meat sliding easily off the bone and a fresh vegetables served both with and to the side. Service was efficient and friendly. The best meal of our trip. The price was also reasonable compared to nearby restaurants.

Enjoyed a lovely evening in this clean and brightly designed restaurant. Although the chef told us they are moving to a wider selection of Italian dishes, the fish which my wife and two friends enjoyed was perfectly cooked and the bouillabaisse was the best I've ever tasted. Good wine selection and friendly service in French and English. Great addition to the already wonderful 7th arrondisement!

We ate here twice in July, 2013. The first night was on Fete Nationale - we had an early dinner with our jetlagged friends. Service was very accommodating and food was excellent. There was a very limited menu, due to the holiday, but all five of use loved our meals. I think two of us had the lasagna and loved it. I had pasta in a four cheese sauce and it was fantastic. We went back on our last night in Paris, because our son really wanted italian food one more time, and the restaurant was next door to our rented apartment. He got carbonara and said "mom, it's as good as yours!" (his highest praise - I use fresh pasta, real eggs, imported parmesan, and very high quality, expensive bacon). I o...
