"The food in Laurel house is freshly cooked by skilled chefs . The meats, burgers and hand cut chips are amazing and we are always party content after eating there. It doesn’t serve alcohol but we don’t mind as are happy during soft drinks or mineral water. The prices are extremely reasonable and service always warm and welcoming. There is a good childrens menu too. It is a great place to eat out as a family as you will all eat well and not break the bank."

This place is a Solid 10/10. I had lamb and halloumi wrap which was very very good, and the chips were also exceptional. You will not find better value for money in St Albans

We had another amazing dining experience at Laurel House. All the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious. The kids enjoyed their burgers while I loved the chicken that had a great peri peri flavor. And the fries were outstanding!

Enjoyed the service and food at the laurel house in Hatfield road St Albans. A warm welcome inside, nothing fancy in the decor dept. Food served in a good time, but found starters and the main i chose on the small portion size. Ok for me but not a big eater. prices reasonable.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The food was amazing, the service was great, and the value was unbeatable. The grilled meat was delicious and tender, the hand-cut chips were fresh, and everything we tried was delicious. I will definitely be returning next time I am in St. Albans. View menu

Exceptional food. excellent grilled chicken with salad and the best chips I have ever had. Fantastic burgers and very low prices. I haven't tried the kebabs and steaks yet because the chicken is so good I always have that but I'm sure they are the same high standard 10/10 The service is excellent and very friendly. Thank you

Lovely restaurant, been here many times and the food is always spot on, comes out looking all fancy. The chefs always the same consistency when it comes to the look and taste of the food. Have tied many dishes and can’t choose which is my favourite as they all are 5 star. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fancy halal food without the fancy price tag you would pay in london! My children enjoy this place also and they are fussy!
