"We were on a retirement trip to Paris and had just had a fabulous trip on the Seine and were now looking for somewhere to get a drink before gawping at the Champs-Elysees. We saw this place and liked its welcome and busy look and were lucky to find a table for two outside. A smiling and very friendly waiter quickly took our order of a bottle of rose which was then promptly brought to us. We had intended to stay for the one drink but we were drawn to the menu and ordered a selection of cheeses and bread to be washed down by another bottle of rose. Fabulously tasty cheeses with very fresh bread.A very busy bistro and deservedly so. Cadre très sympa et belle sélection de vins.Sommes venus déjeuner en nombre. Le service est impeccable et la serveuse très disponible.Par contre plat assez simple mais bon.Un peu cher pour le plat du jour.

...pour se restaurer après sa matinée de travail dans un des très nombreux bureaux du quartier... Belles assiettes bien préparées de cuisine bistro, avec de beaux produits...ce n'est pas pour autant la bonne adresse pour la petite secrétaire d'à coté avec son petit ticket restaurant !

Si vous voulez passer un agréable moment que ce soir pour le temps d'un apéro ou d'Ain repas le bistrot d'Arsène est l'endroit qu'il vous faut.C'est à la fois proche de tout et suffisamment à l'écart pour être au calme.Concernant la carte tout est de qualité. Bravo au chef!Une équipe au top!!!
