"the food was excellent, service very good and ambience nice. why have i marked it down? no attempt to check the pass sanitary and no customer as far as i could see was asked. if this is the policy of the bistro then it threatens the livelihood of all the ski resorts businesses. we want to stay open with covid and it’s important all the restaurants play their part. if they start checking the pass sanitary then i cannot recommend it enough, however i will not be going back until they do. food was excellent, service very good and pleasant atmosphere. Why did I note it? no attempt to verify the health pass and no customer to my knowledge was requested. if this is the policy of bistro, then it threatens the livelihoods of all companies in the ski resorts. we want to stay open with covid and it is important that all restaurants play their role. If they start checking the health pass, I'll never recommend it enough, but I won't go back until they do it."
