Don't miss this one! We had the best lunch ever in Paris! Just enjoy, we had hamburger maison and Ceasar salad. It was just delicious.

We stumbled on this hidden pub seeking a late lunch but despite their kitchen having closed, they offered us cheese, charcuterie, tartines or salad. We both enjoyed our large salads and the lack of tourists.

We were too early for dinner but they have some items on a bar menu. We had a platter with slices of baguette, salami, prosciutto, cheese and a small lettuce salad with delicious dressing. We made a leisurely meal with wine after which we had a delicious tarte tatin (apples) with ice cream. We walked from our hotel The Westin Paris - Vendome to the restaurant a few blocks away left out of the hotel up two long block and turn right on the street the restaurant is located on the left side of the street mid block. The menu was in French and English. The service was outstanding. The waiter carefully explained the special of the day and the items on the menu. We all had the steak served with fries and a salad.

Staying at the park Hyatt and walked down the street and found the place. It is a pub/restaurant so wasn't expecting much but were surprised with the quality of the food. Had some great lamb masala and tandoori chicken. Looked like only three people working (waitress, bar tender, and cook) and it was a full but service was excellent. Inexpensive for the area but the food was much better than most of the other more expensive restaurants close by.

We enjoyed dinner at this neighborhood cerestaurant after a day touring Paris, France . The connection to Reunion is interesting we enjoyed the beer and house chardonnay, and several menu items. The cheese plate was enjoyable. We were in the restaurant at the same time the White dinner was taking place at Place Vendome, and just after the after work crowd had finished and gone home. My wife and I thought this place would be great according to all the reviews and while her meal was good mine was horrid.I ordered the sausage and frites (AAAA) and was told it will be spicy. ...not only was it not spicy but it was the grossest combination of meat stuffed into a casing that I have ever seen. ..it looked like leftover turkey gizzards and who knows what else. ...while the frites were good, I couldn't justify paying almost 14 Euro for a plate of fries.....and the beer was over 8 Euro each.....! What a bummer for our first meal in Paris!

A small brasserie type restaurant that offers quick hot food and wine or beer, etc., with a convivial atmosphere.My colleague had beef burger and fries which he said were ok. I optimistically chose samosas for a starter and tandoori chicken for a main. Neither of the 'Indian' dishes had anything remotely Asian about them except for the little dishes of dipping sauces which tasted very much like they were purchased from a local supermarket. Having said that the chicken was nicely grilled.I guess that's probably the key. If you want something hot, quick and grilled this place would be ok. If you want more then you'd be disappointed.We won't be returning.

My husband and I went yesterday after seeing high reviews on TripAdvisor. I had a great meal, it was an assortment of delicious food like skewered chicken, beef, a few wontons, rice, cabbage salad and more. My husband got the AAAAA sausage and frites and it was a 14£ plate of fries because the sausage was not edible. The waitress told him it was going to be very very spicey. He loves that and was looking forward to it, when he got the meal, it was like junk meat crammed into a casing. It was so disgusting that I kept having to turn it so I wouldn't have to look at it, it was making me sick and ruining my meal. I shared my food with him and he covered the sausage in lettuce so we didn't have... View menu
