very good reception, pleasant room, colorful and rdv flavors. a feast with the decline of foie gras. Small dispute over cooking a beef fillet, obviously not appreciated in the kitchen. logically won with the smile, the new net arrives, cooked as hoped but with a nice proportion of fat (of never seen) and especially a thin slice of the net returned with a vexatory comment. Too bad.

A nice address to Saumur.Located a few steps from the loire, behind the cavalry museum, the carrousel was beautifully transformed to devote itself only to the restoration activity. It's a success. The reception is pleasant and the attentive service. The Sunday formula is varied just what it takes with original suggestions such as the pig foot crėpinette. chocolate desserts deserve a special mention. the wine map is adapted and affordable. We do not regret this return to the carousel. Attention, however, that the capacity of the room does not lead to exceed that of the kitchen at the price of some imperfections that would be detrimental in the duration. View menu
