small restaurant, but nice discovery in the center of saumur. a warm and friendly welcome, flavors have all bites. with a very good value for money. You really have to go without restraint to do and do again.

Had delicious food. I had cerviche and my partner had a chicken Buddha bowl. Tasty food and waiters gave a description of what it all was. Only complaint was paying 6 euros for water which didn't taste better than tap.

Great restaurant. The kitchen is of superior quality, it's delicious! The choice is reduced, but they focus on quality, which we cannot blame them. Wow! This place is awesome. And I’m a very fussy customer. The restaurant is jolly and comfortable, the staff are super attentive and then there’s the food. Ate lunch both days here while I was in Saumur … so good! Delicious and creative, with bursts of flavors not as common in France … the menu is definitely influenced by its Colombian roots with notes of citrus, coconut, coleslaw, and cumin/coriander/turmeric. The fish (hake) with coconut cream rice, and then fried chicken sandwich were both fantastic and beautifully presented. The staff (English, Spanish, French speaking hostess) are friendly and welcoming … helped me choose different local wines!

(Suggestion to chef : for kids 2 to 4 years put less “lemon” on vegetables otherwise very nice dish). Front panel of the restaurant near street ; please change it as it look cheap, hard to read and put 2 photos of your dishes as it will greatly improve the amount of customers who will take a table instead moving elsewhere, I think you will see at least +30% increase of customers).
