The restaurant is run by a sympathetic young couple. We ate a delicious grilled fish for a very small price. The restaurant is well situated at the border of the Herault, in the old town of Agde.

A very unassuming restaurant on the river; we could have easily walked past but I had a real hankering for lasagne and I wasn't disappointed! The service was great and the food delicious. Very varied menu to suit all tastes.

1st visited this little gem in 2012 and on our 1st trip back to Agde went again today. The service and food is fantastic! Good choice of food and wine all served in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Well worth visiting for a fantastic meal

Sunday night dinner and as a lovely evening we sat at an outside table. Lovely little eating place and a friendly welcome from the staff. Food was of a good standard. I opted for the hamburger which was cooked just right. Large plates so go there hungry.

Lovely outside area to watch the ducks and fish by as you eat, a great value lunch menu with all the local classics. The fish soup and the bavette steak are particularly tasty. We are repeat visitors over the last five years and have yet to be disappointed!

This is a uniqe place. You sit by the river and while waiting for the nice food, you just relax with a pastis. If you are a pale tourist with a hunger for the ordinary, you can just walk away. But if you are a mensch, you will be rewarded with something special by the lovely people who runs this place.

Great location by the river. Friendly waitress. My moules-marinieres were old and microwaved. I sent them back. The owner cooked me a fresh batch which turned out to be fresher. This incident ruined my meal. The starter was frozen cubes of seafood straight out of a packet with lots and lots of cheese. The strawberry cream was less than average. This restaurant is to be avoided.

We found this little restauant rear the bridge over the Heraut River. It is run by a couple who really seem to enjoy what they are doing. They serve you with friendliness and a spence of humour. For those less able speakers they will help you in English. The food as well as the ambiance was superb. If you are visiting Agde then seek out this restaurant as it is offering something different than the other Agde 'tourist restauants ' who see no reason to invest their time in you as a customer and just serve you food!

We stumbled upon this place by accident and are so glad we did. Originally just stopping for a beer we decided to stay for dinner and we weren’t disappointed. I chose off the 25 euro set menu and my husband from the cheaper one. Three courses and exceptional value. The seafood was fresh and the meals large so come with an appetite. My duck was superb with an amazing caramelly type sauce. The owners are friendly and welcoming and obviously love what they do. Would highly recommend. The setting is superb right on the banks of the river.
