"We visited this restaurant for dinner and opted for the 19,90 set menu. We all chose scallops and prawn salad for starter which was fresh and tasty. For main course had lamb cutlets served with potatoes and vegetables. The cutlets were beautifully cooked. My other guests went for duck and sea bass. Both dishes were declared delicious. Pudding choices were profiteroles, creme caramel, chocolate mousse or cheese. The profiteroles and chocolate mousse were demolished by my guests. I thought they were going to lick their plates. The cheese was good although not extraordinary. Well recommended. A litre of house wine is 14 euro and was very drinkable. Great location next to the river. Service is extremely good and the hosts speak good English."

The restaurant is run by a sympathetic young couple. We ate a delicious grilled fish for a very small price. The restaurant is well situated at the border of the Herault, in the old town of Agde.

Sunday night dinner and as a lovely evening we sat at an outside table. Lovely little eating place and a friendly welcome from the staff. Food was of a good standard. I opted for the hamburger which was cooked just right. Large plates so go there hungry.

Lovely outside area to watch the ducks and fish by as you eat, a great value lunch menu with all the local classics. The fish soup and the bavette steak are particularly tasty. We are repeat visitors over the last five years and have yet to be disappointed! View menu

This is an nice looking small restaurant by the river, which attracts tourists by the look of it. However, the entrecote was overdone in spite of ordered a point and the weight significantly less than 100 g. Served with cips only at price of 15 euro. Don`t go there.

This restaurant is situated on the riverside, close to the bridge. It's small and unpretentious looking, but the service is good and the food is excellent. We were very sorry indeed that we found this place on our last night in Agde because if we'd known about it before, we'd have eaten there more. We thoroughly recommend it and would advise against going to more 'touristy' restaurants in Agde as we found them disappointing.

We came here for lunch. The set lunch menu was displayed on a board outside the restaurant, and seemed much more imaginative than the typical tourist fare most restaurants in Agde provide. We sat at a table by the edge of the river, with an excellent view of the world passing by.Surprisingly each of us chose the same dishes. I don't know whether this was serendipity on our part, or just chance, but all items were superb.We had the seafood cassoulette (shellfish in a cheese sauce) for starters, and the dorade fish (an excellent local fish from the area) for main course. The local cheese and fruit for pudding was also delightful.Service was excellent.
