Le Fonetic - Menu

Food was very delicious: steak was soft and tasty. Fondant was best in my life, especially together with the lemon sorbet.

Only good emotions about this place! Dishes was wery tasty! Staff is amazing! Everyone tourist should come to this place!!!

I had eaten many times in the restaurant, and is my favorite, is not far from my place and the cooking is great. Not need to walk down in Nice to have a real Nicoise experience !!! Recomended by #bluriviera !!! Merci ! View menu

We had a wonderful evening in this very special restaurant. They served the aperitif of the house which was a long drink made of Campari and some tingling liquid. Not too sweet and really good. For starters we had snails with a dainty herb butter sauce and buttery smooth foie gras accompanied by a glass of Sauternes. The main courses were spare ribs and duck. Both were very delicious and tender!

Just discovered this little place last night and we will definitely be back..!!Nice atmosphere and great service.I had the duck and my partner the Steak. Both were very good but the steak in particular was Extremely good. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu in the future.We were given iPads to order our food on which you could change the menu to English for you you lazy Tourists out there :-) However the staff spoke perfect English anyway!

Saw reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to give it a go....oh my goodness! It was definitely worth it! #7 bus from town (buses seem to stop after 8.40 so alternative transport home needed) and easy to find.Food was delicious - frogs legs to share, ribs and steak tartar (was dubious but reviews raved about it....for good reason!) and a lovely bottle of wine. So Amazing! I live in Los Angeles, California and this is my new favorite restaurant. The reviews were right and so was the price! Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was simply wonderful! It's a darling couple and a very cute little place, totally worth the extra mile from the beach side! Highly recommend the salmon tartar with ginger, Juicy duck with tasty potatoes, and to end off the meal with the amazing melting chocolate cake! Only the French could make something so delicious!

We came across this little place in our neighbourhood and decided to try it out. I'm glad we did as it was one of the best meals we have had out in nice. We shared the meat platter then I had the steak which was perfectly cooked and so soft it fell apart in my mouth. My other half had the duck and he throughly enjoyed it. And to finish the meal off we shared a mixed platter of small deserts. It was a very nice experience the staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. To order we were presented with ipads and the menu was in french and English .We will definitely be back to work our way through the menu as it looks devine !! Would recommend this place to all.

We were a party of 10 and visited Le Fonetic, which is located about 1km from the sea front at Nice and in quite a built up residential area. There was an immediate warm welcome and we were offered an outside table. In the UK sitting on the pavement next to a fairly busy road with the back of your chair almost touching a parked car would not generally be appreciated, but in the South of France it was an ideal setting and felt like you were on holiday.
