"Too bad... a boss who seems indifferent. A fan of duck magret, I ordered a magret with a rosy cooking, this one first arrived very cooked to my taste, I had to return the dish. It happened again with a more rosy cooking than the first but not the usual cooking of a real rose duck magret.
