"On Sunday noon, a friend and I push the door of this restaurant (without consulting tripadvisor upstream: what a mistake!).I order a salad entry. It only happens 5 minutes after we ordered. surprise! an enorm salad with a whole bunch of ingredients without great gustative interest. The dressage is very approximate. Anyway, I'm waiting for my ravioli hoping it's more satisfying. The ravioli dish is coming, and it smells like flour! It tastes like flour! When I was only 15 years old, I thought of a bechamel sauce. Never, I would never dare to serve a dish like CELA!For dessert, no special souvenir. So it was neither good nor bad.Molan:Simples too copyy, without great interest. kitchen too mediocre. Correct but impersonal service. I think it's a tourist trap."

nice reception and service. I admit to apprehend the head of calf, pork feet and other dishes. Finally. .the plates are well presented and the dishes are seasoned, copied and very good. Nothing to say.

Had the set 3 course lunch, four of us eat different items and all were happy with what we had. The service is good and friendly. They mentioned that the restaurant is under new management and therefore the old reviews are not representative of the current owners. We would eat here again, but they do have a lot of composition in the area offers the same type of menus.

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
