"I was a resident in the Hotes des Francs for nights, and each night ate in the restaurant. The Menu de Marche was perfectly designed for the business traveller, with courses for and for (excluding drinks). I also receved an...amuse bouche on nights. The courses were well thought out and reflective of local produce, although they relied heavily on the use of salad leaves rather than any real' vegetables apart from in the soup (untried) and the Pot-au-Feu. This was disappointing as many of the meals could have benefitted. On the first night I had the Viande Grille, Frites, sauce au poivre and salade, followed by Entremets de Litchi. The main was as expected and the dessert was lovely but needed something a little more acidic to lift it perhaps if the sorbet had been lemon or passion fruit? Night two I had the crispy brick' of chicken almonds and honey, followed by Chaud Biloute, and then Iced Parfait with chocolate and chestnuts. The brick needed a sauce to lubricate the filling (but was gorgeous), the Chaud Biloute was out of this world (better than Baked Camembert) and the parfait was OK but frozen so solid it was difficult to eat politely (especially as the base was a crispy chocolate rice cake) the flavoured cream provided was out of this world and I think more could have been made of that. On night I dropped back to courses, Pot-au-Feu followed by Tiramisu. The Pot-au-Feu came with a HUGE marrowbone, which while tasty, was far too much to eat comfortably and a little unwieldy as it took over the small dish it was served in. The rest of the stew was perfect and included some well seasoned broth and vegetables, as well as some melt in the mouth meat. The Tiramisu was tasty and came with some fresh fruits which cut the richness well. It was advertised as a Cafe' Tiramisu but I did not detect any more coffee than is standard. I was not drinking so can't comment on the quality or suitability of the wines or beers on offer. Service was attentive and patient with my halting French (with a good degree of English fluency when my efforts ran out) and service is included in the prices."

It is not possible to get perfect dinner at room? You should change your mind. The food was very delicious and perfect serving.

It was the simple solution to eat that night. The service was good, the dishes too, but it was quite expensive. They have good wines though, and the people serving very nice.

Varied menu and excellent food. Ate there two nights on the trot rather than try to find somewhere in Soissons centre itself. Well worth dining at this hotel in the Best Western Plus Hotel.

we came for work, eaten quite well, a salade de melon. 80 euros in 3. I wouldn't come back because I didn't really like the aesthetic aspect. dominates a purple\pink or burgundy everywhere. . . To avoid if x case you have small children.

We have dined in this restaurant on more than one occasion when staying in the Best Western Hotel des Francs. The staff are always welcoming and attentive and the food is fresh, delicious and well presented. We have enjoyed a variety of menu choices and...would certainly dine there again.

friendly staff. Careful to please the client. Quick service, just as you need. on the menu, there are two choices. a gourmet menu and a bistro menu. We tried both and nothing to say again. be it at the qualitative and freshest level of the dishes. Even the fries are delicious and yet. We've just come from the belgium. We'll definitely go back.

restaurant of the hotel of the francs. the reception is smiling and the service provided by a young team is very professional. the aero can be taken in the chairs of the living room superbly furnished for your comfort and decorated with "dynamic sport" works. the restaurant map is well balanced and has some nice discoveries. the service is impeccable from the apero to the dessert and upon arrival, the addition is reasonable. the vast parking lot of the hotel offers an additional argument compared to the establishments of the city center and if the weather permits, large terraces can accommodate you outside with the breathtaking view of the ruins of the abbey st jean of the vineyards. the est...

"During a fringal that I had to do between noon and two, he absolutely eats a kebab sandwich. This is my friend Sacha Lecaillou, accompanied by his friend Nathan Spidere. The latter submitted the idea of going to fill our appetite at the restaurant Turques located in the commune of Soissons. Finally arrived in place E at time H, it was time for us to order a kebabier mixture of first choice. After a relatively short wait (but still long from a temporal point of view only) the master kebabier brought us something to raise us. The first croc came logically. And at this moment M, my palace knew no other ecstasy than this delicious Turkish food. Add to this a white sauce, which is the impression that it comes out directly from a cow having grazed the grass in the Normandy meadows for the past five years, and so succulent fries that they remind me of those that could be prepared for me by my late grandmother (peace to her soul), when we sailed in her marine home in southern Belgium. The Cola is always cool, and the accumulation of the 4 added flavors creates a feeling of satisfaction rarely reached in my sad existence. In addition, employees seem to be passionate about their business: we could talk about the history of kebab with them for hours. The fact of providing second division matches via their flat screen TV immerses us even more on the other side of the Bosphorus. We'd really believe it, that's all! The maintenance of the premises seems satisfactory to me, however small flat at the sanitary level, to which it would have been better to change the hunting of water. To conclude, I advise this medium-eastern fast food establishment, alone or with employees. I would come to eat again these succulent specialties with a friend very close professor of economy, also fan of meat type döner kebab . It was a true journey to the heart of the Ottoman millennium culture. What a pleasure."
