Very good food in this little village. Its always full, and there is good reason for it. Not cheap, just very good food for a reasonable price.

on the edges of the Canal du midibelle kitchen in a warm decor. We appreciated the service, the presentation of the dishes and especially the quality of the products and the kitchen. Beautiful address before a little walk

today for lunch in this restaurant we have often passed by as we have in this area holiday. now, we were not disappointed personal superb eating just brilliant and so was the wein. no need to waggle over this restaurant book it and. they will see what I mean. 5 stars for all .

We went as a party of six, one evening in April. We were warmly welcomed and seated at a round table, which was great for the party to chat. Most of us chose the Eur38 set menu, with Foie Gras, Duck, Cheese and dessert. Others...had the Entrecôte. No one was disappointed. The food was plentiful and tasty. The staff were efficient, approachable and friendly. Really good value and we had a lovely evening. I’d love to go back in the summer because the location overlooking the canal was stunning. We were looking for a quiet place to share a good meal and we stopped at this restaurant, where it is best to book, given the affluence of gourmets!The menus offered are very correct and especially we must appreciate that all the products are from the terroir.The service is fast and you are well advised on the wines compared to the chosen menu.The presentation of the dishes is sought, a floral note embellishes the plate. we enjoyed this place and already communicated this address to our friends.

We heard from both the locals and the canal boaters how good this place was and it did not disappoint ! We visited twice...first time just for a snack and a drink and the second time for the 38euro four course dinner. All the staff...were absolutely amazing ... and the food to die for!! I can honestly say this was one of the best meals of my life (and yes I have lived! . Every course of the four course dinner was impeccable. There is no room here to go into details (but try the duck suffice to say EVERY course was absolutely amazing!! As I said ALL the staff were wonderfull...but our young waiter Simon especially so.

This is a great restaurant in a lovely location by a lock. We were a 30 minute walk along the very beautiful canal from our gite. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the food was very good.Although the menu was relatively small...it had good local dishes and good value set menus. The owner loves his job and his restaurant and mingles between tables whilst serving. It’s got lots of seating but it’s worth booking ahead. We went 3 times, once a Sunday lunchtime that was very busy, this was the end of June so high season I can see it being a must to book ahead.
