This is a true Franch boulangerie with cakes, breads and some pies all free of Gluten! It's a gem in the little charming village of Oberbai.

Personnel charmant, agréable et souriant. Variété et choix intéressant. Produits frais et de qualité. Dégustation sur place et à emporter. Une très bonne adresse.

Although not gluten-free myself, I truly enjoyed a wide selection of pastries and breads at this local bakery. In addition, they serve sandwiches, salads and freshly made juices. The place is cosy with a number of tables both indoors and outdoors. The staff are friendly...and patient. The fresh, made-to-order juices are very green, light and tasty.

we stumbled in l’eden as it was right around the corner of our hotel. we did not know that it was all gluten-free (which we are not) although it says that right in front. A gluten-free French boulangerie seems almost like a contradiction, but the brot. and pasties were delicious, just different. we liked it so much that we consciously retreated the next day.

journée "caliente" en alsace... foin de tartes flambées ou de choucroutes roboratives...pause gourmande et fraicheur dans ce bel établissements... tartines, sandwichs, tourtes gouteuses,... et pâtisseries délicieuses,;;; C'est bio c'est bon ... et servis avec le sourire... prix doux. un petit effort à faire sur la qualité du vin ce qui ne devrait pas être difficile dans cette région...
