"I took my partner here as a surprise for his birthday recently. A few years ago we travelled across Cambodia and enjoyed so much of the food we’d had there, so it was lovely to find a restaurant serving Cambodian dishes. When we arrived Marilynn...explained to us that Thomas was the only chef so waits could take slightly longer, but it meant that all the food was deliciously fresh. We were spoiled for choice and so chose the Set Menu because we couldn’t decide! Everything that came out was so tasty, especially our Lok Luk and Asparagus mains. Marilynn also took some time to sit down with us and explain how they’d started their restaurant up over 30 years ago, and how Thomas’ cuisine was a contemporary take on traditional dishes he had grown up with. To finish Marilynn gave us some Thai Banana Cakes- which my partner wolfed down! We loved visiting this restaurant, it was a charming evening, and we felt so welcomed- I’ll definitely be coming here again as there’s so much more on the menu I’d love to try! Thanks Thomas and Marilynn!"

Went to the Lemongrass restaurant to eat Cambodian cuisine after our trip there 2 years ago. We were not disappointed, the fish amok was pretty amazing! Full of flavour and very tasty. All 4 of us loved so much that we would definitely go back....Recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Absolutely delicious food and very warm welcome from all staff at this restaurant. We had our staff X-mas party here a few weeks ago and I will definitely visit again. We all had a great experience and would recommend it to everyone. Amazing food. Thank...you to all the staff for looking after us. See you soon. View menu

I work at the royal college street and finally tried lemongrass that I learn now is the only Cambodian restaurant in london. I had an amazing chicken curry that a bit of an adventurous in seasoning was closer to a massaman. curry than a green curry, but I gave, I don't know, Cambodia life, that's not surprising! I enjoyed it very much. friendly waitress (she was very attentive) and the boss/ovner was also. highly recommended! I'm thinking about making the Christmas party there.

we came to dinner because this place is the only Cambodian restaurant in london and we really wanted to try so we did, the cook was very nice and friendly and he cooked the fish ambok and the bark steak, which was also beautiful. the products is of good quality the bark was beautiful and soft it tasted good, and must say that the mushroom was very good. this is my experience only I was not in kamboja before and never had kamboja eating before, but the experience I had here was good. ambience - ok homely service - friendly security - they all have masks on the kitchen to waiter eating well

I have dined a few weeks ago with my partner here, and I still cannot get the taste of the bark fillet lokluk out of my head. it was rich, tender and puffy, and really the most tasty bark dish I've ever eaten. I will be back for more, next time I am in the opposite (or even outside the opposite we tried also the meeressuppe, which was excellent. it was slightly sweet, sour and perfectly seasoned, and was big enough for 2, although I would have ended it happy by myself. we also tried the Papaya salad and the lemon mushrooms. both were delicious, and I recommend both to try. the drinks are cheaper than the local pubs. 10/10, 5 stars and all superlatives. only brilliant. A disappointing meal can be acceptable if the price is low, but this restaurant isn't cheap and the food was poor. The best dish was the lok luk steak, but the classic fish curry seemed curdled, heavy on the cornflower and the fish itself a...pretty grey species. Overall, the menu lacked much that seemed genuinely Cambodian, and was more of a generic mix of south east Asian meals available anywhere. The starter platter of prawn snacks, spring rolls etc might just as well have come from Lidl's freezer compartment. And, sadly, the restaurant is garishly lit, which only adds to the greasy cafe feeling. I'd loved to have been more positive about a novel restaurant but just cannot work up any ent...

I had seen this restaurant online after returning from a trip to Cambodia and discovering the fantastic food there. I was determined to eat here the next time we were in London and we were so glad we did! The place is so charming and...exactly like the family run restaurants found all over Asia. The four of us tried quite a few of the items on the menu, which isn’t huge but all very good. The service was very friendly and we were absolutely delighted with everything we ordered. Cambodian food seems to contain very similar ingredients to Thai food but is completely different and equally delicious. The prices are very reasonable and the food is of a very high standard. We all left feeling like...
