"The expectations were very high, given the glowing reviews. However we were quite disappointed. The service was very slow it took 30 minutes before we were able to order). For a starter, main and dessert, it took a total of 3.5 hours. The food is classic, very delicately flavored in fact some food did not taste much). There was a new waiter, so we give that credit, but he was not trained at all. There was an ambiance of panic and stress in the air. Our first waiter left us in the middle of his chat and so did the host. We had a lot to talk about so we did not mind the wait that much. Many details are disappointing: the madeleine with the coffee was dry and not fresh. The amuse-gueule at the start was some dice of tomato bread, which was also dry. There were very few non alcoholic drink options. I had made a reservation mentioning one of us is vegetarian and that it was also his birthday, but there was no mention about it. The confusion over the choice between bistrot style and mystery menu was frankly annoying. The small talk with the host was awkward and borderline dismissive. There is zero creativity in the food. I am surprised about the Michelin star."

If you are looking for a place out of time and a kitchen beyond the real, take place at one of the tables and start every moment, every preparation, every gesture of the staff and every word of the owners. It was the cherry on a nice day's cake.

we were allowed to enjoy an impressive evening. from the atmospheric apero in the former factory hall to the sweet conclusion we enjoyed a very good night dinner. also the wee recommendation (white from st. saphorin, red from the underwallis) has been very good for eating.

Waitress waiters welcoming, warm and very professional. Refined cuisine with aromas and flavors preserved for maximum taste. The ingredients are well chosen, well worked. The dishes are true works of art. You have the choice between the brasserie restaurant section, each of which has its own food menu. my friend and I spontaneously visited the les atelier in vevey. the local is behind the railway station in an industry hall. it is airy, simple and modern but still cozy.Trotz my rather moderate school-French has worked the understanding well. all were very friendly and tried to give us a nice evening. the foods were all very good, without big bucks and fresh, simply very good and the price performance ratio fits. we once had meat and fish, which was a day recommendation and had almost swept my friend from the chair, so good was it. also the cream brulee was an absolute dense. we had a short and very nice conversation with the hostess, this was very happy to speak again a little German. we j...
