"Here it is enough for you to say ’goodjour m’sieurs dames’ when you arrive so that the interrogative look of the accusers becomes a look of sympathy. Then take a moment to feel the family atmosphere and then amaze yourself in front of the varied scenery and provided from the establishment that for the older ones will remind the Parisian breweries of character. The welcome is warm and the fast installation. I personally have a weakness for the piece Charolaise that I find remarkable. You do not wait very longtemp the dishes and take the time to taste. We disgust our legs to settle at the bar. Enjoy everyone."

I expected better. We shouldn’t have fallen on the right day. Potatoes fades and not salted, carpaccio without interest. Too bad

First of all, it's the atmosphere that reigns there, and it feels like it reminded me of my great father's bistro. The kitchen is simple but excellent, very affordable prices and warm welcome.

Ambiance and warm cuisine in an old coffee like I love! That day of December, snails and pottery of delicious vegetables in the entrance, little -salé comforting lentils in dish. A very good time! View menu

Restaurant Café just perfect: its location, a small French village its facade and its typical interior of a Parisian café but beyond that makes chic, warm and comfortable service of the most loving cuisine made delightful house in quantity and for a good value price. If you pass around, stop there you will not be disappointed!

Das positive vorweg: Als Gesamtkunstwerk lohnt sich der Besuch. Authentische Atmosphäre, französische Brasserie in Reinkultur. Trotzdem irgendwie liebenswert.

"We ate at the 3 Michelin Starred Bernard Loiseau Gastronomique restaurant with head chef Patrick Bertron during our stay at the Relais Bernard Loiseau in July. It was the last night of our road trip through Borgougne during which we stayed at a few beautiful chateaux and ate some wonderful food. We felt as though we had saved the best for last with a two night stay at the lovely inn. Living up to your reputation of three stars makes I'm sure for a somewhat stressful kitchen with very high diner expectations and certainly our expectations were way up.....and I'm not sure that they were met entirely. We started off with an aperitif in the garden which is a beautiful setting with perfect weather. We had to then remind the maitre d' that we had been promised a tour of the kitchen and a meeting with the chef. Both of us are 5C Relais and Chateau members but R&C seems to not be very good at providing the benefits for their members. This time was no different- we were supposed to have a meeting with the chef, tour of the kitchen, a special dish prepared for us prior to the gastronomic menu and a signed copy of the menu to take home. We had to remind them of the tour, and we never got the special dish nor the signed menu and by that time we didn't feel like reminding them again. The meal was perfectly prepared but to our minds not as amazing as we expected. the main course was a very rare pigeon which neither of us loved, and I must say that one month later I can recall every dish we ate at 1131 (at Abbaye de la Bussiere, also a R&C hotel, located nearby) but none of the other dishes at BL. We only drank champagne as we were "wined out" having spent five days drinking Pinot Noir and some Chardonnay, neither of which are my favourites. We did however look at the very extensive wine list which was many pages long and appeared to be incredibly comprehensive. So the long and the short of it- the hotel is truly beautiful and a quite special location- in the heart of a small town located within the countryside near enough to Dijon, 3 hours from Paris. However the meal was not the best we have had- we have eaten at quite a few one and two starred Michelin starred restaurants and were hoping that this would knock our socks off but failed to do so."
