Ce restaurant est idéal pour un repas de midi (pause randonnée). L’accueil des garçons au service est très aimable et le service efficace. La carte est un peu trop limitée autours des plats fromages et charcuteries. Les prix sont élevés par rapport aux assiettes servies.

Yes it does get busy at peak periods, but the food is consistently good typical Valaisan and quickly served, the atmosphere is lovely and the view’s amazing. In winter a favourite spot to ski in and out of and in summer a mountain bike stop with our young son. We love it!

Les Chottes is located off one of the pistes near Veysonnez. It is a single story timber building with lots of charm and filled a range of stuffed animals. The food is typical Valaisain including fondu, croutes etc. The amazing La Potense de Migou is a brochette and beef and venison with chips and salad looked positively salivating and enough for two. The Cafe Gourmand also looked amazing. A great place to lunch whilst touring the four valleys with amazing views. It fills up fast in the restaurant but the terrace is great if the weather if ok. The plat de jour is also good value

ESCROQUERIE « Nourriture » de station service, tout est surgelé ou en conserve et provient d’europe de l’est!! Les fameuses lasagnes maison sont en barquette de 24 portions SURGELÉ !! nous avons été servit sur de la vaisselle sale et nous nous somment fait quasiment virer pendant le café par le patron de l’établissement sous prétexte que nous prenions trop de temps! le personnel avait l’air exténué et était en sous effectif ce qui les empêchait de bien réaliser leurs tâches GARDER VOTRE TEMPS ET VOTRE ARGENT et n’enrichissez pas ces machines à fric qui ne voit la restauration comme un business!!

Les Chottes liegt an einer der Pisten in der Nähe von Veysonnez. Es ist ein einstöckiges Holzgebäude mit viel Charme und einer Reihe ausgestopfter Tiere. Das Essen ist typisch für das Wallis, einschließlich Fondu, Croutes usw. Das erstaunliche La Potense de Migou ist ein Brochette und Rindfleisch und Wildbret mit Pommes und Salat sah positiv aus und genug für zwei. Das Cafe Gourmand sah auch super aus. Ein großartiger Ort zum Mittagessen, während Sie die vier Täler mit atemberaubender Aussicht erkunden. Es füllt sich schnell im Restaurant, aber die Terrasse ist toll, wenn das Wetter in Ordnung ist. Auf unserer Wanderung wollten wir kurz nach 13 Uhr bei les Chottes einen Halt machen für Kaffee und Kuchen. Man fragte uns, wie viele Personen wir seien und ob wir eine Reservierung hätten. Letzteres hatten wir nicht, trotzdem wurde uns relativ schnell ein Platz auf der Terrasse angeboten. Als wir dann aber nur Kaffee und Kuchen bestellen wollten, wurde man unfreundlich. Auf der Terrasse sei eigentlich alles reserviert und wer nicht essen wolle, müsse drinnen Platz nehmen. Wir bestanden darauf, ebenfalls zahlende Gäste zu sein und niemand habe uns auf diesen Umstand hingewiesen. Wir konnten bleiben, man liess uns aber spüren, dass wir nicht willkommen waren.
