We loved everrything about this restaurante, the decor, the food, the service. If you're in the Canal St Martin/Rebublique area, definitely stop in.

a formula of the day at a tight price on the noon: 13,90 euros flat or dessert dish. a good cuisine, the artists being now closed at noon, the interviews are a very good alternative, refined cuisine and quality. for a first just the service a little cold, but it's not much.

I discovered the interviews for a dinner with friends who sold me the place. I liked the intimate and felt decoration, as well as the very smiling staff. but food is not exceptional. I got a cute little dried net with three drops of sour-soft sauce, no what so humidify the meat. all served with a frankly very average purée, I do better with instant purée at home. the whole thing for 16€, it's not given. service is a little more laborious. I ate in better restaurants for much cheaper. Especially in this neighborhood which is finally quite popular. A little disappointed.

Words are not really enough. These guys have been open only a short while. I stumbled across them when my 50th birthday venue cancelled at 22 hours notice. I went in for a drink and to forget the issue at hand. The staff realised my plight and at less than 24 hours notice managed to host a magnificent evening in a place rammed full of character. Magnificent evening. Wonderful food. Accordionist to add to the overall experience. But most of all staff that were simply fantastic.
