An incredible evening out of time!

Everything was perfect. reception, service, quality of products eaten (special lion for dessert). the staff was very pleasant and attentive. We'll go back there without hesitation.

Invited to lunch by my father in this restaurant, what a divine moment. A well-deserved star, the second should not be long in coming either given the accuracy and intelligence behind each dish. I have come to eat at this restaurant at the sources several times. Never disappointed by the quality of the chef's cuisine! The service is more or less professional, depending on who is assigned to us, but friendly. The decoration and calm is a real plus! I recommend it to every new person wanting surprising culinary experiences. Surprise being the key word Good luck to the whole team. Food: 5

Bistro part... Very amateurish but very good and very original. Warm welcome and attentive service. Sorry not to have regional wines, Bordeaux is an hour and something away. No choice, the few wines on the list are foreign or from the South... Special Halloween evening. Nice special decor, but not enough light to really appreciate it and the dishes. Please update the wine list. You have lots of very good little castles in Bordeaux 1 hour from home. Help them survive! THANKS

The establishment hosts a gourmet brasserie and gourmet restaurant. The welcome was a little hesitant the evening we came. Electrical devices charging on tables, 1 or 2 empty glasses lying on the coffee tables in the entrance and a very basic cloakroom. This could be trivial if it were the brasserie, but it is much less so for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Fortunately the room service and of course the cuisine are on a whole new level. Beautiful, neat decoration but somewhat spoiled by a servant on wheels perhaps practical for service, but very ugly... Excellent gourmet restaurant. The decor is superb, very modern and the lighting is sublime. The food, what can I say... The dishes are all better than the others, and the foods that I don't usually like here seem simply exquisite to me. The presentation is sober but really effective. The service is excellent. The chairs pulled out, the glasses served, the fascinating explanations... The only problem that I will highlight is water which is chargeable, which seems strange as water is a primary commodity which should not be chargeable. Saturday evening 10/28, dinner at the gourmet restaurant Les Sources de Fontbelle for the 2nd time (5 guests). The first time we were really enchanted by the setting, the service, the aperitif on the terrace and the chef 's proposal. On the other hand, this 2nd experience is very far from what I hoped to be able to experience again. Already from the aperitif we started on a bad basis with a little discriminatory side. This is the only restaurant that punishes you for appetizers because you do not have an aperitif (glass of champagne or cocktails) confirmed by the waiter.
