"Another warm, attentive and professional welcome from all the staff, Chef Gaetan EVRARD and his team have once again spoiled us both from a taste and visual point of view; the room is as classy and sober as ever, embellished by the works of his wife Ludivine EVRARD. The meal was excellent. We had a preference for 3 dishes which surprised us, in addition to being delicious. The atmosphere was more relaxed than in other Michelin-starred restaurants, which we appreciated. The service was pleasant with an efficient and smiling butler, just as much as the waitresses.
